The Daily Telegraph reported a huge demand for these apartments with a 3 bedroom apartment over looking Castle Hill reaching over $1,000,000.
Stories such as these are sending the message that the market is out of control and buyers will have trouble entering the market. It will be up to 2 years before you can actually move into one of these apartments and the expectation is that by then the prices will have increased which is a projection that may not eventuate if the markets retreat.
In the meantime we have remaining 6 x 4 bedroom townhouses to be sold off the plan with completing with in 9 months at Ettalong Beach such 60 kilometres north of Sydney and 4 of them are offering ocean views all under $900,000 and we are certainly not seeing the same demand here on the Central Coast as they are at Castle Hill and I am sure it is the same in some of the suburbs in the Sydney metro area where I think you will also find bargains.
